Company Information

    Galehouse Lumber Company is a family owned business located in Doylestown, Ohio.  Formerly known as Easton Lumber, the business was purchased in 1972 by Stan Galehouse.  With no employees or inventory Stan sought out leadership for his new company.  He hired from the local community and most of those original leaders still remain with the company today.  

    Joe Petit has been with Galehouse Lumber Company for over 30 years and the past seven as their Manager. He made the transition from assistant manager quite simple with his many years of experience working along side the previous manager. Galehouse Lumber’s position as a prime building material supplier with an expertise in customer service has been built under their watch.

    Currently Galehouse employs 35, features an extensive variety of building materials and serves customers from production builders to individual homeowners.  We strive to meet the needs of all of our customers by offering free estimates, competitive pricing, quality materials and on time deliveries.
