Square Footage Minimums:

 

 

• All homes to be used for single family residence only

• Exposed concrete block on front and sides of home must be faced with brick or stone to grade

• Side load or rear entry garages only

• Outbuildings subject to approval by Architectural Review Board

• Uniform mailboxes

• Concrete, asphalt, or brick driveways

• Uniform lamp posts to be installed within 25' of edge of pavement

• Homeowner's Association

• 6/12 roof pitch minimum

• All plans to be submitted to and approved by Architectural Review Board

• Minimum of two (2) hardwood trees to be planted in each front yard
