Indoor air quality is in a way a product of using proper techniques in the building envelope, energy efficiency, and resource management.  A good building envelope will allow proper air exchanges always keeping the air inside your home as fresh as possible.  High quality, energy efficient HVAC systems will help to keep the air inside your home comfortable.  Lastly, using the proper resources in building your home can help to keep radon levels low, and the indoor air as pollutant free as possible.

A blower door test is done at the completion of each of our homes to ensure that the home is tight enough to keep your energy bills low, but also breathable to allow for fresh air exchanges.

Blown cellulose is another technique of using a high quality, recycled insulation product that still allows the home to breathe.
